A gently sloping car ramp descends from your property into the underground level. As you descend, the ceiling lowers, the lighting shifts to warm amber, and the outside world disappears. You arrive in your private garage — your cars displayed like sculptures behind glass.

The Vault takes 8–12 months to build, covering concept design, structural engineering and municipality approvals, excavation, concrete construction, MEP and systems installation, and luxury interior fit-out. Al Hadeeqa Contracting manages the entire process. From the outside, construction appears as standard villa renovation — discreet from day one.

Yes. Al Hadeeqa Contracting handles all structural engineering, MEP design, and municipality approvals as part of the project scope. This is managed by our licensed team and forms part of Stage 3 of the process. The approvals phase runs in parallel with design refinement so it does not unnecessarily extend the build timeline.
