The most popular tier — the Safe Room — starts from AED 950,000 and accommodates 10–20 people across 50–80 sqm. Final pricing depends on your villa plot and specification, confirmed after a free site assessment.
Al Hadeeqa Contracting completes underground shelter builds in 6–10 weeks from project start. The precast Pod is the fastest — manufactured in 5–7 days and crane-installed in 1–2 days. Poured-in-place shelters take 6–10 weeks including excavation, concrete pour, curing, MEP installation, and fit-out.
Yes. Al Hadeeqa Contracting is a fully UAE-licensed contractor and handles all required municipality permits and approvals as part of the project. Underground shelter construction is permitted for private residential villas in Dubai. We advise clients on the approval process during the free site assessment at no cost.
Precast shelters (Pod and Compact, from AED 100,000) are manufactured at our Ajman facility and crane-installed in 1–2 days. Poured-in-place shelters (Shelter through Fortified, from AED 500,000) are cast directly in the ground with thicker reinforced concrete walls, greater depth, and fully custom layouts — stronger and more adaptable to complex villa plots.
Al Hadeeqa Contracting builds underground shelters at depths ranging from 2.5–3m (Pod tier) to 5–6m (Fortified tier). Depth is determined by your villa's soil conditions, water table, and plot size — all assessed during the free site visit. Deeper shelters offer greater protection and are required for staircase-entry designs.

Once complete, there is no visible trace — the hatch or entry is flush-fitted and concealed within your landscaping. Confidentiality is a standard part of every SafeHaven project.
